Operations Manager (Bunker Operations)

We are looking for an Operations Manager for one of our established shipping clients. This role is responsible for overseeing daily marine operations, coordinating vessel activities, leading an operations team, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. You will also drive process improvements, operational excellence, and cross‑functional coordination while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 7‑8 years of operations management experience within the maritime industry, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
