Job Summary:

The Operations Planning Head is responsible for leading the planning and coordination of operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and achievement of business objectives. This role oversees forecasting, resource planning, process improvement, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to support overall operational excellence.
