Operations Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Manage the import of pump components and spares from China.
• Oversee local procurement and supplier relationships.
• Lead production planning, assembly, and manufacturing operations.
• Manage warehousing, inventory, logistics, and customer deliveries.
• Ensure quality standards, inspections, and compliance are maintained.
• Drive the execution of mining slurry pump projects from design through commissioning and final handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Procurement, Sales, and Quality.
• Lead new product development initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and manage teams of Fitters, Production staff, QC Inspectors, and Application Engineers.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support to customers and distributors where required.
