JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, financial control, and overall profitability while leading teams and aligning operational execution with the organization's strategic and financial goals. This role has a strong emphasis on accounting knowledge, financial analysis, cost control, and process improvement, playing a key role in driving operational excellence and sustainable business performance.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with a solid accounting background or strong accounting knowledge, proven experience managing teams (not necessarily within the BPO industry), and a demonstrated track record in process optimization and continuous improvement. This is a 100% on-site position.
