Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead teams handling large-scale user provisioning and access management for US customers. This role focuses on ensuring accurate account setup, issue resolution, and data integrity across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage provisioning and access management teams
Oversee user account creation, modification, and de-provisioning across systems
Resolve access issues, data mismatches, and provisioning failures
Analyze logs, audit reports, and system data to identify root causes
Handle bulk data uploads, downloads, and validations (CSV, XML, JSON)
Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce, SQL, and Excel
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
Experience working with US customers during US business hours
