Position Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in US Healthcare with 6+ years as a Leader in Operations with relevant experience and exposure in Physician and Hospital Billing - AR / Denials, Verification, Charge entry/Billing, Posting, Credentialing etc.


• Should have experience in transitioning project and building the SOP.


• Knowledge in multiple client systems and clearing house.


• Good knowledge of Excel, power point and reporting.


• Need to be flexible and ready to work based on business requirement.


• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.


• Displays a High Level of Integrity and Maturity


• Displays high level of People Management practice.


• Proven participation on Improvements Project

Education and Experience:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate


• Experience working in Complete End to End RCM
