Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Belleville, ON, responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative, facility, and service operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care and support. This role includes coordinating staff schedules, supervising operational workflows, and maintaining policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
