Operations Manager

My client are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and motivated Operations Manager to take a leading role within the UK Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and coordination of all operational activities on-site, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion. Collaborating across all company departments, the Operations Manager will align project requirements with operational capabilities, while providing hands-on leadership to the Yard team. This role is accountable for optimising the use of company resources, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining exemplary standards of performance, safety, and quality across both sites.
