About the role (What you'll be doing)

• Practitioner engagement. Own our engagement strategy for a 100+ strong practitioner network. Build trust, align on goals, and support high performance to deliver quality care.
• Shift management & forecasting. Lead workforce planning and rostering across brands. Use data and cross-functional input to ensure practitioner supply matches patient demand.
• Team management. Manage our Manila-based ops team, providing the structure and support needed to run a reliable consult operation day to day.
• Performance & insights. Track key metrics using tools like Metabase, and turn insights into actions that improve availability, reliability, and overall patient experience.
