Operations Manager - Afternoon - DC Australia

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the DC continues to evolve, we’re looking for an Operations Manager (Afternoon Shift) to lead end-to-end distribution performance across one of our most critical shifts at the Avalon DC. You’ll own people, productivity, service, and cost outcomes - ensuring operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and at scale.

Leading through a team of leaders, you’ll drive culture, performance, engagement, and capability across a large workforce, embedding a strong safety-first culture. You’ll oversee the execution of distribution and fulfilment activities, ensuring key service metrics are achieved while optimising labour, cost, and productivity.

Working cross-functionally, you’ll align on demand and priorities, using data and continuous improvement to streamline processes and enhance operational flow.
