Responsibilities
-Monitor On-Time Delivery performance, track KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.
-Identify and resolve capacity and capability constraints, including capital equipment planning and subcontractor partnerships.
-Lead capital equipment evaluations and purchasing initiatives to support growth and operational efficiency.
-Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to reduce waste and increase throughput.
