JOB SUMMARY:


Be the support for the operations and maintenance areas in technical and administrative issues to carry out the various activities such as support in the maintenance of equipment, and support in the purchasing process (Support with the purchasing process, and support for the works maintenance)

The position is based in Pacasmayo, La Libertad, Peru

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Support

  • Request information, prepare documents for new suppliers, for Compliance request and Vendor creation. Frequent updating of Compliances, Vendors, etc.
  • Carry out the logistical processes (request for quote, creation of comparative tables, analysis of proposals) of the plants for the purchases of goods or execution of maintenance, environmental and health and safety services.
