About the Role
The Vertical Ops team's mission is to powers ACAC Territories by partnering with teams to ideate and execute scalable solutions to strategic priorities. As an Operations Manager in this role you will lead our regional efforts to drive accelerated growth and a high quality experience for our 2-wheel earner base.
In this role, you will be the architect of our supply growth strategy-diagnosing onboarding bottlenecks, optimizing earner growth incentives, and delivering solutions to grow our Moto supply through acquisition and engagement, collaborating closely with key regional and cross-functional stakeholders in Local Operations, Central Operations, Delivery Earner teams and CommOps.
