Role Overview :-

Head Heavy Fabrication Operations with expertise in MIG welding, machine building, and PEB structures, ensuring quality, productivity, and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Lead shop floor and hashtag#fabricationoperations

- Drive production planning and timeline adherence

- Provide technical guidance in hashtag#MIGwelding & fabrication

- Oversee hashtag#PEBfabrication, hashtag#machinebuilding, and assembly

- Ensure quality, safety, and process improvements

- Optimize resources, cost, and productivity

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Candiates with Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production) with 10+ years experience in heavy fabrication & MIG welding

✔ Strong experience in PEB structures & machine building

✔ Expertise in fabrication drawings, WPS/PQR & quality standards
