We are looking for an Operations Lead to support day‑to‑day operations in our Non‑Life Insurance business (SPL, Travel, and DM). This role focuses on policy administration, operational reporting, and process support, working closely with internal stakeholders and regional partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- College graduate with 3–6 years of experience in operations, administration, or shared services
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good to advanced MS Excel skills (filters, pivots, basic analysis)
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills
