Job Description
The Advisory Operations Manager ensures the day-to-day operations of the Advisory Leadership Team (ALT) run with consistency, discipline, and follow-through. Working in direct partnership with the Chief of Staff, this role owns the operational mechanics; cadence, action tracking, governance, and meeting preparation so that leadership time is focused, productive, and well-supported.
This role is the single point of accountability for how the ALT operates, maintaining the source of truth for decisions and commitments, and coordinating execution across the Advisory Leader's Office.
