  • Onboard new partner workshops, project management of all partner development tasks and setting up supervision team of operations.
  • Looking for new avenues for Business Development and Partnerships.
  • End-to-end supervision and management regional operations managers, channel partner staff, multi-skilled workers, vendor relationships and B2B Experience
  • Develop and manage escalations team and ensuring that collectively the team meets their targets.
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction index through low turnaround times for customer tickets/issues and timely setup/ activations of new channel partners.
