Flexdrive, a subsidiary of Lyft that offers vehicle access to Lyft drivers through a flexible car rental subscription program, is seeking a passionate, organized, and bold Operations Lead to join our team in Vienna. In this role, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for leading a team and overseeing a fleet of vehicles. Your duties will include leading and developing a team of Operations Associates, driving operational excellence, fostering a value-based culture of continuous improvement through deep data analysis and problem-solving to identify performance gaps and delivering on company’s key performance metrics.
