HCLTech is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor / Team Lead to manage ARF Post-Retirement and Savings & Investments (S&I) – New Business operations.
Location: Chennai
Role Level: Operations Team Lead
⏳ Experience: 4–6 years (including 1–2 years in a supervisory role)
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners only (mandatory)
Role Overview
Lead and manage ARF & S&I operations teams, ensure SLA adherence, drive performance, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day ARF & S&I operational activities
Allocate work and closely monitor team performance
Ensure timely and accurate processing (ARF input, surrenders, savings updates, etc.)
Handle escalations and support complex case resolution
Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Collaborate with QA and Compliance teams...
