Core Competencies
•Keep clearance documents set ready in docket and submit to Manifest team.
•Review SOP and prepare the requirements as per SOP.
•Ensure customs duty is paid by client or through DSV finance if terms DDP (check credit).
•Secure all documents for securing delivery order and assign staff to collect delivery order.
•Connect with finance for payments as relevant for securing delivery order.
•Raise billing instructions and ensure Invoice done.
•Courier the Tax Invoice & prepare documents dispatch set to consignee after POD.
•Scanning of post clearance documents in E- Doc.
•Cost and revenue positing in CW1.
•Check invoice and release transporter pay...
