Key Responsibilities
- SOP Creation & Documentation
- Work closely with various teams to understand internal processes.
- Draft clear, structured, and easy-to-follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Update and refine existing SOPs based on feedback and process changes.
- Process Mapping & Analysis
- Observe and map end-to-end workflows for different functions.
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements.
- Create flowcharts, checklists, and process templates as needed.
- Operational Support
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and coordination across departments.
- Support internal audits or compliance-related documentation.
- Maintain organised records of SOPs, version histories, and process documents.
- Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct research on best practices in operations and process management.
