Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and sending invoices to clients
  • Coordinate with clients regarding proposals, payments, and requirements
  • Send proposals and service details to prospective clients
  • Follow up with clients on pending discussions, payments, and approvals
  • Maintain and update operational data in Google Sheets or CRM
  • Support in documentation and basic reporting tasks
  • Assist the team with general operational and coordination activities
