Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and sending invoices to clients
- Coordinate with clients regarding proposals, payments, and requirements
- Send proposals and service details to prospective clients
- Follow up with clients on pending discussions, payments, and approvals
- Maintain and update operational data in Google Sheets or CRM
- Support in documentation and basic reporting tasks
- Assist the team with general operational and coordination activities
