We are a fast-growing tech startup redefining how people and businesses access unique spaces in Kenya. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Brand & Operations Intern who is ready to sit at the intersection of customer experience, logistics, and digital storytelling.
As an early-stage team, we don't believe in coffee-running internships. You will be on the front lines, managing the heartbeat of our marketplace: the connection between our space providers and the individuals or businesses who need them.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Matchmaking
The Bridge: Serve as a point of contact for incoming booking requests. You will handle calls and messages from users looking for spaces and coordinate directly with our host partners to confirm availability and logistics.
Customer Success: Guide first-time users through the booking process.
