Operations Intern

We are looking for an Operations Intern currently taking Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or any business-related course.
The intern will be assigned directly to the manufacturing plant, with primary focus on manpower planning and manning operations specifically identifying job roles and determining the appropriate qualifications for each position.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in manpower planning and manning activities within the manufacturing plant

-Help identify plant job roles, duties, and required qualifications for each position

-Support proper manpower deployment and allocation based on job requirements

-Assist in documenting job descriptions, skill requirements, and staffing needs

-Coordinate with supervisors regarding manpower concerns and staffing gaps
