Operations Intern

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Intern to coordinate with centre SPOCs and ensure smooth execution of assessments across locations.

Duration: 2 Months

Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Batch Management:
  • Organize sales teams into structured assessment batches (region-wise/availability-based) to minimize business disruption. Send calendar invites and manage reschedules.
  • Candidate Communication:
  • Share pre-assessment instructions, 'Do's & Don'ts' guides, reminders, and updates.
  • Proctoring & Supervision:
  • Monitor live assessment sessions (sample basis) and ensure sessions are recorded for documentation and quality checks.
