Operations Head Zambia

As the Operations Head, you will oversee and organise daily operational and production activities aligned with the overall business planning at the Alrode fibre site. This includes managing all production resources and activities efficiently to meet the company s goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities

- Operate plant and equipment safely, ensuring no safety control or system is bypassed
- Manufacture products according to all specified control parameters to meet production standards
- Develop a weekly/monthly production plan to meet demand, maximizing OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and OR (Order Rate)
- Collaborate with the planner to procure and issue materials as per the BOM (Bill of Materials) to meet the production plan
- Identify and address deviations from the BOM, adjusting for over/under-consumption
- Regularly update BOMs to reflect performance accurately
