Responsibilities



  1. Responsible for the safe, profitable, and overall management of all trucking services.


  2. Ensures a smooth workflow for trucking operations.


  3. Ensures subordinates comply with the standard operating procedures.


  4. Maintains a harmonious relationship with the clients, suppliers, and partners



Qualifications



  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.


  2. 5+ years in logistics, with at least 2–5 years in a supervisory role.


  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP


  4. Strong leadership, organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are critical.


  5. Knowledge in the transportation industry.
