Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a CSR Materials Administrator.
 

Position type: Full Time, Contract

Duration: 6 + months possible to hire

Location: Lenexa, KS, 66219 USA

Shift: 1st Shift - M-F 7:00am-3:30pm



Job Description :

As a CSR Materials Administrator, you will:
  • Process daily incoming goods and returns into Repair Center database and ERP systems
  • Identify log and track items that can’t be inducted due to any discrepancies, paperwork, part number, serial number, RO’s , missing in JDE etc.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the internal and external customer for product returns/repair and receiving issues.
  • Maintains delivery records for received products
  • Manage RAI activity, including communication and logging of AWBs and dates
  • Provide daily report-out of key metrics (grief units in house, units added...
