Job Description
Coco 9 is looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end execution of orders across production, packaging, and delivery.
This role ensures that what sales promises is executed accurately and on time. You will be the central point of coordination between sales, kitchen, packaging, and logistics — keeping operations smooth as volume scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage all confirmed orders (B2B and B2C)
- Coordinate daily production plans with the kitchen team
- Oversee packaging schedules and inventory availability
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure on-time dispatch
- Maintain order trackers and fulfillment status sheets
- Flag bottlenecks, delays, or issues early and propose solutions
- Ensure special instructions and customizations are executed correctly
- Communicate order status updates internally
- Handle escalations before they reach the founder
