GTCAcademy is a communication coaching business working with tech professionals across Asia.
We are looking for a reliable, highly organised Virtual Assistant to manage ongoing client operations and LinkedIn outreach campaign coordination.
This is a long-term, part-time role (5–10 hours per week to start). We value consistency, precision, and proactive communication.
This is not a creative or strategy role. It is an execution and systems role.
Area One - Client Operations
You will ensure smooth onboarding and session coordination from confirmation through delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Send Stripe payment link within 24 hours of client confirmation
• Send Zoom session link and welcome message within 48 hours
• Send session reminder on the morning of each scheduled session
• Follow up politely on unpaid invoices after 48 hours
• Maintain a clean Google Sheets tracker including:
Client name
Programme
Payment status
Session schedule
