As Operations Flow Manager, you will play a key role in optimising the movement of goods and ensuring the smooth flow of team members through our Polish e-commerce warehouse. You will ensure that all inbound and outbound processes run seamlessly, enabling a smooth, fast, and reliable delivery experience for our customers. This position is unlimited and based in Robakowo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive operational excellence by managing and optimising daily inbound and outbound flows, ensuring a balanced and efficient warehouse operation
  • Own the end-to-end flow strategy, including dock scheduling, staging area planning, and resource allocation to support business priorities
