Our client, a respected organization in the nonprofit/global sector, is seeking a Temporary Operations & Finance Manager in Downtown Toronto to support day-to-day finance and operational needs. This is a hands‑on contract opportunity ideal for someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and keep core finance operations running smoothly in a lean environment.

Benefits & Perks

  • Pay Rate: $35-50/hr
  • Contract Duration: Approximately 2 months (potential for extension)
  • Schedule: Part‑time – 3 days/week, 9:00am–6:00pm (24 hours/week)
  • Hybrid: 1 day in office (Downtown Toronto) + 2 remote days

Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, bill payments, reimbursements, and disbursements
  • Maintain bank accounts and complete monthly bank reconciliations
