Position Title: Operations & Facilities Manager at Camp Nutimik
Reports To: Executive Director
Positions Supervised: Seasonal Maintenance Staff & Volunteers
Remuneration: Housing and base salary to be determined by the Board.
This is a full‑time on‑site staff position.

Camp Nutimik is looking for an Operations & Facilities Manager to join our staff team. Camp Nutimik is a not‑for‑profit, biblically based organization affiliated with the Manitoba Baptist Association located 115 km from Winnipeg, Manitoba in the beautiful Whiteshell Provincial Park.

The purpose of this position is to oversee and maintain the physical assets of Camp Nutimik by developing and implementing a maintenance management system (prevention, correction and construction).
