About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Under Grad and Graduate Freshers to join our team as Operation Customer Expert I at Teleperformance, Mohali. This role involves supporting global customers via multiple communication channels, delivering high‐quality technical and customer service support while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Skillset: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Under grad/Graduate Fresher
- Experience: Freshers are welcome but Experience in International BPO will be an added advantage.
- Shift: Must be comfortable working in night shifts
- Only immediate joiners need to apply.
- Outstationed candidates will be entertained only if relocating from North India - Punjab, J&K, Himachal and Haryana.
