Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including kitchen, hostel, maintenance, procurement, cleaning, purchase, distribution, and printing.
  • Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency, discipline, and compliance with institutional policies.
  • Monitor resource utilization and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure timely procurement and distribution of essential supplies and materials.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning campus environment.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational functions.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align operational support with institutional goals.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
