Operations Executive

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve problems efficiently
• Perform basic fixing, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks when required
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for repairs and operational support
• Monitor facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Respond promptly to operational breakdowns or urgent issues
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company procedures and safety standards
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance work, and operational issues
• Support setup, dismantling, and operational readiness for daily activities or events
• Assist management in improving operational processes and efficiency
