The Dispute Team is responsible for managing and resolving booking loss cases escalated from the Customer Support team after the client-side resolution has been completed. The primary focus of the role is to investigate supplier-related errors or liabilities that have resulted in financial loss and to recover these losses through effective dispute handling.
