Operations Executive, Ops Product Support & Services (SG Support)

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up financial products – unit trusts, bonds, ETFs, and stocks – and liaising with internal and external parties for the ongoing maintenance of these products.
  • Maintaining daily price administration and ensuring accuracy in data exchange with media publishers and business partners.
  • Continuing liaison with internal and external parties for the on‑going maintenance of the financial products.
  • Assisting on trade submission for unit trusts to the fund manager.
  • Handling back‑room enquiries from all internal stakeholders.
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects/applications within the team.
  • Providing general administration and support to the operations department.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Team Manager.
