As the Vice President, Operations, you will be responsible for managing a complex operations network while driving key initiatives for business transformation. Collaborate with executive leadership to align logistics, supply chain, and customer service with strategic business goals, ensuring the organization is set for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operational strategies across North America
• Enhance logistics and supply chain efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs
• Lead technology implementation for improved operations
• Cultivate and inspire a high-performing operations team
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 years in Operations leadership roles
• Experience with multi-site operations and 3PL partnerships
• Proficient in SAP and other ERP systems
