Job Description

**Main Responsibilities:**

1. Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to General Manager.

2. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including maintaining agenda, scheduling appointments, travels, and meetings, drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.

3. Handle and prioritize outgoing or incoming correspondence (phone calls, e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

4. Act as a contact window by liaising with outside parties and coordinating with internal functions/departments.

5. Performs duties and projects as assigned by GM.

6. Lead / coordinate company events and support operations and logistics when required.

7. Responsible for event preparation, including annual meetings, townhall meetings, teambuilding, training, etc.

8. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
