Operations Executive - Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics operations (freight, transport, warehousing).

Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve operational issues.

Liaise with carriers, customers, and internal teams for smooth flow.

Handle documentation (import/export, customs, delivery orders, invoices).

Monitor KPIs and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in logistics/operations.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Familiar with freight forwarding / warehouse systems preferred.
