Job Description
We're hiring an Operations Executive to take over execution for one of our core clients.
Prior Amazon experience is not mandatory. We provide in-house training.
What is mandatory is high IT literacy, strong logic, and the ability to learn, apply, and execute systems accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, understands how systems connect, and can follow SOPs precisely.
What you'll be doing
Working with complex Google Sheets / Excel trackers
Executing operational tasks based on SOPs and workflows
Implementing updates exactly as instructed (accuracy matters)
Managing task statuses and keeping data clean
Coordinating with senior team members on fixes and escalations
Supporting Amazon account operations after training
Occasional structured content or documentation work (secondary)
