to join their KL team. This role will act as the operational backbone for their Singapore-based financial consultants, ensuring that all backend processes from policy submission to client servicing run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Processing:
  Handle end-to-end submission of insurance and investment applications to various insurers/platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy in data entry.
• Liaison & Communication:
  Serve as the primary bridge between the Singapore sales team and external partners/insurers. Follow up on pending requirements (underwriting memos, medical reports, etc.).
• Client Servicing Support:
  Generate policy sum...
