Our Client is a leading Singapore-based Wealth Management and Financial Advisory firm who specialize in providing financial planning, insurance solutions, and investment strategies for high-nett-worth individuals and corporate clients. They are seeking a meticulous Operations Executive to join their KL team. This role will act as the operational backbone for their Singapore-based financial consultants, ensuring that all backend processes from policy submission to client servicing run smoothly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Processing: Handle end-to-end submission of insurance and investment applications to various insurers/platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy in data entry.
Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary bridge between the Singapore sales team and external partners/insurers. Follow up on pending requirements (underwriting memos, medical reports, etc.).
