Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Dehradun. The Operations Executive will manage daily operational tasks across order fulfilment, inventory, logistics and customer support, ensuring smooth operations and a great customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage order processing, tracking, and reconciliation
• Monitor and manage RTOs, identify patterns, and work on reduction
• Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and regular audits
