Operations Executive

Role Overview:
The Operations Executive will manage and coordinate logistics related to medical transfers, including airlines, hotels, medical teams, and ambulance services, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Medical transfer flight bookings and airline coordination
• Verification and management of critical documentation
• Hotel and accommodation arrangements
• Airport Medical Centre (AMC) coordination
• Ambulance booking (DCAS, where applicable)
• Coordination of return tickets for medical teams
• Monthly cost monitoring and reporting
• Administrative and office support
• Direct coordination for medical transfers and hospital assessments
