Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and execution-driven Operations Executive – BTL to manage and support on-ground operations for a variety of below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives. This role is highly field-oriented and involves end-to-end coordination, execution, and monitoring of activations to ensure seamless and effective campaign delivery.

• Execute and oversee on-ground BTL activations, including:
• Residential Welfare Association (RWA) activations
• Tech park activations
• Mall activations
• College and campus events
• Coordinate day-to-day field operations, including setup, live execution, and closure of activations
• Manage and supervise promoters, brand representatives, and support staff at activation sites
• Ensure accurate deployment and placement of branding materials such as kiosks, standees, giveaways, and promotional assets
