Operations Executive

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily truck movements for haulage operations.

Receive and process job orders from customers, ensuring timely allocation of trucks and drivers.

Arrange and assign drivers based on availability, route, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Communicate with customers to confirm job orders, delivery status, and any special requirements.

Coordinate with workshop/maintenance team to ensure vehicle readiness and minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, transport regulations, and company SOPs.

Proactively resolve operational issues, delays, or driver shortages to minimize service disruptions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports for management review.
