As an Operations Executive in Aramex, you will ensure smooth operational flow and achieve customer satisfaction

Job Description

  • Monitoring the operational KPIs and achieve the needed targets.
  • Communicate with other teams for smooth processes flow.
  • Solving the daily issues might take place with the teams on ground.
  • Managing the team members and making sure all implementing the needed tasks.
  • Generating the needed reports and making sure to apply the needed actions and follow up for any drop happening.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years
