Job Description

Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations (passenger/commercial vehicles).
Planning, coordinating schedules and monitoring of vehicle status.
Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, providing good customer service.
Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance and servicing of fleet
Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet.
Any other jobs assigned
Requirements: Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsible, team-player and organized.
Proficient in MS Office.
Possess valid class 3 driving license (Optional)
